How to navigate INNER CRITICS on Sat 6 December, 11am-4pm
When we learn how to free ourselves up, we can helps others too
- Explore interruptions to natural creativity in gentle, accessible ways
- Get to know our inner critics and interrupters (and the role they play)
- Strengthen inner allies and learn how to enter ‘flow’ states
Drawing upon a mix of theory and intuitive art making across multiple art forms, this experiential workshop offers creative tools to help navigate our relationship with inner critics, interrupters and imposter syndrome. You don’t need to be artistic, or identified with being creative to benefit from this workshop. Just bring your curiosity alongside your inner critic, and a notepad.
Fees: £100. Creative materials, hot drinks, light snacks, CPD certificates provided.

Descent of Inanna – working with myth on Sat 24 Jan, 2026, 11am-4pm


‘From the Great Above Inanna opens her ear to the Great Below’… The Inanna myth is one of the oldest stories on record – a rich tale of a Queen who makes a journey to the Underworld, going through a death, and rebirth experience.

Explore how working with myth can deepen professional practice, offering clients insight into self-defeating patterns and activating inner resources and new potentials. Here’s a chance to experience myth as therapeutic container, support and catalyst for personal transformation. This CPD workshop draws upon a mix of creative, reflective activities taken from myth, archetypal/depth psychology, arts psychotherapy and transpersonal approaches.
Fees: £100. Creative materials, hot drinks, light snacks, CPD certificates provided.
Groups are kept to no more than 6 women participants. All CPD workshops take place in person at at Studio 34, which combines comfort with access to a rich variety of creative prompts and sensory art materials beyond the traditional. Groups contain a maximum of six participants.
